STEINER BEZEXISTENCE PRESENTED IN WASHINGTON AND PRAGUE

Michael Steiner Borek’s latest project Steiner Bezexistence was shown for the first time in 2024, in a group exhibition of second-generation Holocaust survivors at the Katzen Arts Center in Washington, DC, and in a solo exhibition at U mistra s palmou gallery in Náchod, Czech Republic.

This year, this exhibition will be presented in two solo shows in the Czech Republic. On April 26, it will open at the Municipal Museum of Nové Město nad Metují, the town where his father grew up and from which he was deported with his parents to Theresienstadt. Later this summer, the expanded exhibition will be presented at the ASA 400 Gallery in Prague. Stay tuned.
